Producing a Great Non-Profit Mission Video

Many non-profits use produced videos to get their message out.  We see a fair number of them at non-profit charity auctions.  

A well done video can be very powerful in conveying your message to both your established donors and as a way to introduce your mission to new guests.

The DoGooder Nonprofit Video Awards are presented by See3 Communications and YouTube, with support from the Case Foundation, Flip Video, and the Nonprofit Technology Network. You can view some great examples and even vote for your favorite.

A quick note. Take note of the video length.  One of the most common mistakes I see is videos that run 5-10 minutes long.  These folks got their message across in 3-4 minutes most of the time.
